Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style/color combination for most loungewear categories — pajama sets, robes, co-ords, and nightwear. For brands trialling our capabilities, we offer a pilot program starting at 100 pieces per style. Volume tiers at 500, 1,000, and 3,000+ pieces unlock progressive pricing advantages. Blanket orders across a season can reduce effective per-unit cost significantly for larger programs.
We source and manufacture in the full range of premium loungewear textiles: 100% organic cotton, TENCEL™ lyocell, bamboo-modal blends, linen-cotton, French terry, waffle knit, silk-satin, velour, micromodal, Supima cotton, and recycled polyester. Our textile advisors guide you on GSM (fabric weight), weave or knit structure, and finishing (enzyme wash, silicone soft, peach finish, etc.) based on your price positioning and desired hand-feel.
Both options work perfectly. If you have tech packs, we manufacture to specification with your approval process. If you need design support, our in-house design studio can develop styles from mood boards, sketch briefs, or reference garments. We create full tech packs including construction details, measurement charts, trim specs, and graded size sets — which become your property. Many brands use us as an integrated design-to-delivery partner.
Sampling: Proto samples are ready in 10–15 business days; fit/pre-production samples in 7–10 days. Bulk production: 45–60 days from sample approval and fabric in-house for new styles. For repeat orders with pre-approved samples, 30–40 days. Transit time: Sea freight to USA/EU is typically 18–28 days; air freight 3–5 days.
