Conceptualization
The concept of a collection or a product can be based on current trends, customer needs, or the designer's own aesthetic. Our design team works with the clothing brand to refine the concept and develop a clear vision for the collection.

Technical Sketch
We create detailed technical specifications for each garment in the collection, including measurements, construction techniques, and trim details. This information is used to create patterns and markers for cutting the fabric.

Making the prototype
We have the facility for both digital and physical prototypes of the sample. Digital or virtual samples are new technology, it helps to visualize the entire collection, and the changes required in the digital sample are much more efficient, fast, and budget-friendly than a physical sample.

Selection of Materials
Our team helps the clothing brand choose suitable fabrics for the garment. This includes taking into account the designer's preference, cost, and the technical requirements of the apparel and the end consumer's needs.

Sample Making
We create a sample of each garment in the collection for the brand designer to review and approve. This step ensures that the final product will meet your desired standards. The fits are perfected, and we offer a wide range of samples from proto samples, fit samples, pre-production samples, photoshoot samples, and salesmen samples.
