Designers, clothing brands, and fashion enthusiasts are you all ready for the next big change in fashion? It says that every 10 years something crazy is invented that just changes the way we see the world and if you're in the fashion industry and looking for that change then it's virtual fashion.
Last month, in March 2022, the first virtual fashion show was done in decentraland (metaverse) and the big names have participated!
I really do believe in virtual fashion, coming from a clothing manufacturer's perspective, every year we spend hundreds of dollars in creating a collection (physical samples), presenting it to fairs, and meeting clients physically, but 2020 was a game-changer. Everything changed and merged into the virtual world, and so did a part of us.
We made our entire collection Spring-Summer 22-23, Fall-Winter 22-23 virtually and the response from our buyers so far had been very positive.
Currently, we have created over 50+ designs and the clothing brands we are working with are excited to see more and more!
The 360-degree view of a design helps the designer to really see the styling and make changes if needed.
This has helped us as manufacturers, to create lesser prototype samples since the fitting, design, print everything can be approved in one go and once we receive the digital approval all we have to do is create exact replica physically.
Creating digital samples means less wastage of fabric and manpower. This method is cost-efficient, has a lesser turnaround time, and is sustainable.
The fashion industry has been one of the most polluting industries and it's time to make a change on that. We promote brands to not do overproduction just to meet the minimums, we want the brands we work with to only produce what they'd sell and hence less inventory, less wastage, and of course less landfill.
There are so many things in this virtual world that needs improvement and on May1st 2022 we're launching our first collection on our website, you can select the design from our catalog, make changes (if needed) and make it your own style for your brand.
